For jailbroken devices, you can use your favorite tool to install ipa directly.
For non-jailbroken devices:
- If your device supports TrollStore, you can install it just like a jailbroken device.
- Use AltStore (https://altstore.io/)
- Sign ipa using the certificate you have and the signing tool.
